The Short Version

Heavy Video Poker collects no personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no tracking. Your credits, statistics, and settings are stored only on your device, and the game is fully playable offline.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information — no name, email, location, contacts, or identifiers.

Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized App Store statistics (such as download counts and crash reports) for users who have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in their device settings. This data is collected by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and never identifies you to us.

Data Storage

All game data — credits, hand statistics, theme and game preferences, and your premium unlock status — is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. We operate no servers and receive none of it.

In-App Purchases

The optional Heavy Poker Premium unlock is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores automatically when you reinstall the app or set up a new device.

Advertising

The current version of Heavy Video Poker contains no advertising and no third-party SDKs. A future update may add optional rewarded ads to the free tier (watch an ad to refill credits). If that happens, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what the ad provider collects, and any applicable tracking permission will be requested through Apple's standard App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Age & Simulated Gambling

Heavy Video Poker is a simulated gambling game rated 18+ and is not directed at children. It uses virtual credits only: there is no real-money wagering and no way to win real money or prizes. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including minors.
