By downloading or using Flash Card - Math Challenge (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: practicing basic math skills in a fun, educational, and respectful way.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App in any unlawful or harmful way
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Jeremy Giller / BetaBoop. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

4. In-App Purchases (if applicable)

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future. If so:

• Payments will be processed through your App Store account
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle
• No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law or Apple's policies

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will always be available or error-free
• That the math content is suitable for all age groups or education levels
• That your performance in the app reflects real-world outcomes

Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or educational results.
